Everything has to be just right, and that just-rightness is so specific and unlikely to “just happen” that it really, really, really seems to suggest that the universe was made specifically to support life, suggesting that the universe is a machine with a purpose, suggesting that it was made with conscious intent, suggesting that someone made it, suggesting God.
